Welcome to Chateau Buffalo! Buffalo's urban winery. Come to the tasting room to sample our unique assortment of
handcrafted wines and craft ciders! Numerous Pride of New York foods, locally made jams and jellies, pastas, chocolates,
sauces, pickles, maple syrup, mustard and chutney are available in the tasting room.

Along with wine, Chateau Buffalo produces DANCING BUFFALO CIDER & PERRY, craft hard ciders made with locally
grown apples & pears.

DANCING BUFFALO CIDRE ICEWINE "glace de ballet' Rich and full bodied icewine is made with a unique method of cryoconcentration,
where freshly extracted sweet cider is left outside until the water in the juice freezes and separates from the sugar, which
is gravity-harvested. The concentrated cider is then fermented into a delectable dessert wine by our winemaker.
On its own as an
apéritif, Glace de Ballet will warm the heart and caress the palate. It is also the perfect accompaniment to lightly
