TERMINUS White. An easy blend of Riesling and Traminette grapes grown in the Portland, NY vineyard of Steve Irish. Lovely nose and straw color finished in a semi-dry style. Riesling is a very verstile wine that pairs easily with many foods such as chicken or pork. Spicier foods, too!

998 white.  Sweet white wine made with Diamond grapes. True to its name, the crystalline wine shimmers with a clear color. The clean scent of grapes is elegantly displayed as one sips this wine.  998 is named after an iconic Buffalo rememberance.

NY81.0315.17 (Cayuga White x White Riesling)  This yet un-named white grape was developed by the Geneva Grape Breeding Program. It produced a dry, crisp wine similar to Pinot Blanc. Great with a cheese plate!
