The release of our 2014 Marechal Foch Nouveau Red marks another milestone in Buffalo's burgeoning beverage industry.
This is the first Nouveau wine made on the Niagara Frontier, a celebration of the 2014 harvest in a bottle!
The wine is made from hand-picked Marechal Foch grape clusters, grown along the shores
of Keuka Lake. The easy drinkability of this wine is due to a proces called carbonic maceration, or whole berry fermentation,
which allows the juice to be extracted from the grape clusters with a minimum of tannin.
Fruit forward flavor, medium body and bold, lively character makes this wine pair nicely
with many foods, such as poultry, sausages and pizza. Try a bottle with your next meal!
