Wine Down Wednesday Happy Hour
This Wednesday 4/22 - Porcelain Train!

We'll continue our Wine Down Wednesday folk and jazz series as Porcelain Train returns! An americana folk duo that has played great, rockin' original music here before, they'll kick things off around 7PM. Come on over and kick those hump day blues with some great tunes and delicious local snacks, ciders and wines!

Now that NYS has changed some regulations, we can serve our products to you by the glass! We're serving some amazing new ciders from our cellar, along with a list of other New York State craft ciders for your enjoyment. You can pair them up with a fantastic NY cheese plate and a variety of other snacks we offer.

Entertaining and engaging original music is featured, as well. You can hear the great sounds of jazz, folk and rock in the intimate atmosphere of the Ciderhouse tasting room.  Kelly Bucheger pointed out that his sax sounded really good in the room, and I'd have to agree!
What Would Mingus D(u)o with Kelly Bucheger (sax) and John Wereck (bass).

We are pleased to announce the comeback of our classic reserve cider! Dancing Buffalo Cidre "Promenade" is a dry, naturally sparkling cider with hints of persimmon. It was fermented in boubon oak, then bottled so that a natural fermentation could take place in the bottle. The resulting lees were allowed to sit for two years. Stop by and try our cider, or see us at the Broadway Market on Saturday!

Nouveau Wine!
The release of our 2014 Marechal Foch Nouveau Red marks another milestone in Buffalo's burgeoning beverage industry. This is the first Nouveau wine made on the Niagara Frontier, a celebration of the 2014 harvest in a bottle!
The wine is made from hand-picked Marechal Foch grape clusters, grown along the shores of Keuka Lake. The easy drinkability of this wine is due to a proces called carbonic maceration, or whole berry fermentation, which allows the juice to be extracted from the grape clusters with a minimum of tannin.
Fruit forward flavor, medium body and bold, lively character makes this wine pair nicely with many foods, such as poultry, sausages and pizza. Try a bottle with your next meal!

Broadway Market Kiosk
Our Broadway Market kiosk will be open every Saturday until Easter during regular market hours.  Stop down and see us at the market!
